The Galaxy Nexus could launch the week after Black Friday if a timeline leaked by Droid Life stands to be true. Our first look at Ice Cream Sandwich will reportedly launch with Samsung’s Holiday Portfolio after Black Friday, which is the busiest shopping day of the year. Samsung’s Holiday Portfolio most likely includes the Galaxy S II and various other devices.

Verizon’s holiday lineup is sure to be packed with Samsung’s offerings and Motorola’s new Droid RAZR and Motorola’s portfolio. Oh yeah, there’s the iPhone 4S too!

Personally I'm fed up with Samsung's stalling the release of the Galaxy Nexus in the U.S. If there hasn't been a confirmed and firm release date for the GN by November 14th (the date the Rezound will also be released), I will choose between the Razr and the Rezound and Samsung will not only have lost my business on this sale, but on any and all products they sell. As consumers we have the power to voice our displeasure over corporate policy. In my opinion the best way to do that is hit them where it hurts the most, their sales/profits. I hope people will join me and post comments on Samsung's website/Twitter/Facebook, etc. and let them know they will lose your business if they don't release the GN in the U.S. BEFORE Black Friday.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that my comments from the other day ripping Samsung for their continued product release delays (this time regarding the Galaxy Nexus) didn't post. Allow me to again congratulate Samsung on their amazing insight and ability to alienate and lose customers. If the GN isn't available in the U.S. before Black Friday (and I'm not talking just preorder), then Samsung can kiss my business goodbye, not only for this phone, but for any and all products they sell.

I'm with you on this. I've been debating on the Nexus, Rezound and RAZR for two weeks and frustrated with Samsung's in ability to provide a release date. I guess they're willing to risk their potential customers business going elsewhere. Add in the fact that 2 other "Verizon" phones have just recently been released and also quite appealing and Samsung is certainly losing business already.
