With the tablet world continuing to claw away at PC market share, a new report suggests Samsung could launch up to four new tablets in the first quarter of 2014.

According to a new SamMobile report, the Korean giant will launch “no less than four tablets in the first quarter of 2014.” SamMobile has a fairly steady track record of insider Samsung sources and given how much Samsung loves launching a device in every size category imaginable, there could be a hint of truth to this story.

The site is speculating that Samsung could unveil its long-rumored 12.2″ Galaxy Note and a possible 13.3″ tablet that could dual-boot both Android and Windows. Samsung may attempt to launch tablets in this new size category in the hopes of continuing to gain marketshare as tablets chip away at the PC iron grip.

For now, this is purely speculative and its equally possible Samsung could launch no tablets next year but something tells us that’s unlikely.
