Google I/O kicks off tomorrow morning, but we took an early tour [Gallery]

I’ve already grabbed my badge and checked in for Google I/O 2015, so I thought I would grab a few shots to give you a little bit of an idea of what the atmosphere is like. I haven’t had any celebrity sitings, but I have seen several dozen anxious Android developers waiting for 9:30 AM tomorrow for the keynote to get started. Check out our gallery below…

The Google I/O decorations are going full swing, complete with a huge I/O sign decorated with Einstein-themed lightbulbs, the usual signage on the outside of Moscone West, and the plethora of Android statues.

As for swag (more pictures coming soon!), Google is handing attendees a Google I/O-themed t-shirt and a water bottle (with more to come hopefully). This year, the Mountain View company is handing out NFC bracelets as well, which will seemingly give easier access to all of the event’s sessions, the keynote, and more.

Be sure to tune in tomorrow morning as Google takes the big stage for the first time this year, and don’t forget to check out our roundup of what the Google I/O schedule tells us we’ll see, as well as Seth’s preview filled with predictions. We’ve got two people on the floor this year, so we’ll be able to bring you double the coverage!
