Verizon LG G4 pre-orders go live tomorrow, shipping before June 4th

Thanks to Best Buy’s pre-order listings for the LG G4 going up early, we were already aware of the phone’s May 28th pre-order date and June 4th launch on Verizon, and earlier today the company made it official along with a previously unannounced LG tablet. A couple details have changed, however. First off, the G4 will ship before June 4th for customers who pre-order. The device will run you $549.99 unlocked or 24 monthly payments of $22.91/month on Verizon Edge. Best Buy’s earlier listing lead us to believe it’d cost $609.00 unlocked or $23.25/month on Edge. We still suspect the price with a two-year contract will be $199 as indicated on Best Buy’s website, but the carrier doesn’t say.

Also the Ceramic White back plate with 3D patterns will be exclusive to Verizon, and contrary to what we believed to be true, both Metallic Gray and Genuine Black Leather backings will be available on Big Red.

Finally Verizon unveiled a new LG-branded tablet, the LG G Pad X8.3, which will be available for purchase starting tomorrow alongside the beginning of G4 pre-orders. It looks quite similar to the recently announced LG G Pad F 8.0 being offered as an exclusive on AT&T, but the specs are a bit different.

The G Pad X8.3 sports a 1.5GHz octa-core processor, 8-megapixel back facing and 2-megapixel front facing cameras, 16GB of internal storage with the option to add up to 128GB through a microSD card, and a 4800mAh battery. It also has an 8.3-inch Full HD IPS display and dual-stereo speakers.

LG G4 buyers can get the G Pad X8.3 for $49.99 while everyone else can get it at the regular price of $129.99 with a two-year activation.

Are you going to order either of these tomorrow?
