FCC quickly approves Sony Xperia J smartphone, publishes teardown photos [Gallery]

The low-end Xperia J smartphone, which Sony unveiled at IFA 2012 in Berlin yesterday, just received approval from the Federal Communications Commission. The Japan-based company did not seek confidentiality for the J, as Engadget first noted. So, thanks to newly published FCC teardown images (below), the world is able to peak inside the Android-powered handset less than 24 hours after it debuted.
