Google has launched four new 15-second ads for Chrome that seem incredibly mundane compared to the high quality, inspirational fare we’ve grown accustom to. They are such a stark contrast to some of the better ads we’ve seen for any technology over the last few years.

We’re presumably intended to smile in recognition at the annoyances they portray, but here at 9to5Google we just found them irritating.
Google’s new ad agency, 72andSunny, may well be lamenting the loss of Scott Trattner, the iconic Apple ad man who left this year to return to TBWA/MAL.
