Google’s Play Music All Access subscription streaming service is today arriving for Canadian users almost a year after first launching in the U.S. and Europe. A report from the CBC notes that Google is expected to make an official announcement today ahead of the Canadian Music Week event kicking off May 6.
With it’s Canadian roll out, Google is beating many of its competitors to the market where Apple’s iTunes Radio, Spotify, and many of the other big players have yet to launch.
Google also has a promotion currently on for Canadians that will let them sign up for $7.99/month opposed to the usual $9.99 month in addition to a 30 day free trial for a limited time. That promotion ends June 30.
