Moto G4 Plus shown off again, this time in official-looking white render

Earlier this morning, the 4th generation Moto G was shown off in a rather extensive hands-on video. The lack of a fingerprint sensor on that particular unit makes the case for a ‘plus’ variant more likely. Now, the notorious Evleaks has posted an official-looking render of the Moto G4 Plus in white.

While we still don’t know specs, this morning’s video hands-on revealed that the device will still use a micro-USB port and have an Active Display for notifications. For a mid range device, this generation’s Moto G looks quite premium and features a larger display then the 3rd-gen Moto G shown for comparison in the video. Lenovo has previously said that all future Moto devices will have screen sizes larger than 5-inches.

The render clearly shows the square fingerprint sensor and a hole for the microphone next to it. On the rear, we see a pill shaped camera with a flash and some sort of auto-focus.

The ‘batwing’ logo remains and the phone has a dimple just like other Moto devices. Previously, the WSJ reported that the next Lenovo-made device should launch in July. With so many leaks in the past few days, it’s possible that an announcement will be coming sooner rather than later.
