BLU announces Life One X2, yet another capable and affordable Android phone [Video]

It seems that the stream of cheap and capable Android phones is never going to end. Today, it continues with the launch of the BLU Life One X2, a well-specced but wholly unremarkable Android handset that comes at a price that just about sort-of makes it a notable entry…

As for nitty gritty specs on this thing, you’re going to find a low-end 1.4GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 w/ an Adreno 505 GPU, two configurations at 16GB expandable storage + 2GB RAM or 64GB + 4GB RAM, and a 5.2-inch FHD display at 423 ppi.

As for cameras, you’ll find a 16MP main camera with laser autofocus, and an 8MP selfie shooter with LED flash. There’s also the usual 3G and 4G LTE networking, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, and it’s all running Android 6.0 Marshmallow powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.

Really, the specs are all there is to talk about here. While it’s not terrible by any means, the BLU Life One X2 isn’t going to bring anything special that you can’t find elsewhere in the Android space. It’s available to pre-order on Amazon right now in both configurations — $135 for the lower-end, and $180 for the top-end.
