Android Enterprise Recommended adds MSPs as Google Cloud plans to acquire Alooma

To help increase corporate adoption of Android, Google last year launched Android Enterprise Recommended. The program is now certifying Managed Service Providers (MSPs) as Google Cloud’s upcoming Alooma acquisition will help businesses migrate to cloud services.

During Day 1 of the 2018 Chrome Dev Summit, among the other announcements shared, one seemed to slip under the radar. Squeezed between the announcement of, a new developer resource website, and a demonstration of VisBug, a browser-based visual development tool, was a minor note that registration would soon be open for the .dev top-level domain.

Update: Early access registration is now open for .dev domains.

It’s been just a couple of years since Razer entered the mobile phone market, but it seems things might be coming to a close. According to a report and also an official statement from the company, the Razer Phone 3 may have been canceled, and the phone division as a whole might not be alive much longer.
