TicWatch Pro 5 falls to new all-time low of $280, Galaxy S22 Ultra $500 off, more

A new all-time low on the just-released TicWatch Pro 5 is headlining today’s best deals. It drops down to $280 and comes joined by a chance to save on Sony’s popular XM5 ANC headphones at $329. And if you don’t mind going with last year’s smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is now $500 off at the best price yet. Hit the jump for all that and more in the latest 9to5Toys Lunch Break.

TicWatch Pro 5 falls to new all-time low

The official Mobvoi Amazon storefront now offers its latest TicWatch Pro 5 Wear OS Smartwatch for $280. This is down from the usual $350 price tag and marking a new all-time low. It’s only the third discount so far and arrives at $20 under our previous mention from several months ago. This is $70 off and the first time it has dropped below that last $298 mention. We also just recently took a hands-on look at what to expect from the latest from Movoi, walking away positively in our review.

The new TicWatch Pro 5 makes a name for itself not only as one of the latest Wear OS smartwatches to hit the scene, but also with pretty notable battery life of two full days per charge. From there, you’re also looking at a rotating crown added in to flank the 48mm OLED display. Everything runs off of the new Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chip, with all of the expected health monitoring tech making the cut alongside highlights of heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, ability to keep tabs on blood oxygen levels, and more.

Amazon is now offering the first chance to save in months on the popular Sony XM5 ANC Headphones. Now dropping the Midnight Blue style down to $329, today’s offer arrives from the usual $398 price tag. It’s an extra $19 under our previous mention from August and is one of the lowest prices we’ve seen to date from Amazon. Notably, there wasn’t a fall Prime Day sale discount earlier in the month, either.

Sony’s new XM5 headphones deliver some of the best active noise cancellation on the market as the brand’s latest flagship listening experience. This time around there’s a completely refreshed design that now arrives with 30-hour battery life to go alongside the new Integrated Processor V1 for improved playback. That new exterior is comprised of soft fit leather with a lightweight build rounding out the package alongside multipoint Bluetooth connectivity.

Save $500 and go with last year’s Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Amazon is now offering the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 256GB Smartphone for $800. This is a match of the all-time low at $500 off its original $1,300 price tag. We’ve more recently been seeing this one sell in the $1,000 price tag, but in any case it beats our previous summer mention by an extra $100. It’s also only the third time it has dropped this low, too. Check out our hands-on review.

While clearly not the new S23 model, the Galaxy S22 Ultra is still a notable handset, delivering previous-generation flagship features including an embedded S Pen for note taking and doodling, the 6.8-inch SuperAMOLED display, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. The 108MP photo resolution and Portrait Mode that “auto-detects and adjusts to what you want front and center” are nice touches here alongside the 5,000mAh battery with 45W Super-Fast charging.

Anker’s new 30W outlet extender sees first discount

Anker’s official Amazon storefront is now discounting an assortment of its power strips, all of which start at $12. A highlight is offering the very first chance to save on the new Anker 5-in-1 Outlet Extender at $24. It drops down from the usual $30 price tag in order to save you 20%. This is a new all-time low, as you’d expect from the first-ever discount. Anker’s newest wall tap features a pair of full AC outlets to go alongside some more iPhone-friendly ports. There’s a pair of USB-A slots, as well as a 30W USB-C port. Everything is packed into a compact footprint that has a folding plug for stowing away when traveling.

Govee’s futuristic 7-pack of smart RGBIC Glide Y wall lights now $150

The official Govee Amazon storefront is offering folks a chance to add some vibes to the game room (or anywhere else for that matter) with a deal on its Y lights. You can now score a 7-pack of the Govee Smart Glide Y Lights for $150. Regularly $230, this is 35% or $80 off the going rate and the lowest price we can find – it is also matched directly from Govee. Today’s deal is on par with the lowest we have tracked on Amazon this year. Stepping away from the panel-style smart wall lighting we see from other brands, the Y lights deliver a unique approach to adding some ambiance to your space with seven pieces you can configure in whichever way you like. They combine “metal and plastic to create a beautiful decoration across your walls” with customizable control over the 16.8 million color options and access to 40+ preset scene modes “to fit the changing atmosphere in your bedroom, living room, or gaming room.” Music syncing action and smartphone control round out the features here.
