Samsung Galaxy S23 hits $600, Pixel 7 Pro at $521, Sony XM4 headphones $248, more

A discount down to $600 means that skipping all of the AI tech on Samsung’s latest is even more worth it thanks to this Galaxy S23 sale. Speaking of previous-generation smartphones, Google Pixel 7 Pro is down to $521 – its new all-time low. Sony then wraps things up with a discount on its popular XM4 ANC Headphones to $248. Hit the jump for all that and more in the latest 9to5Toys Lunch Break.

Skip Samsung’s latest and score Galaxy S23 for $600

Amazon is currently offering the Samsung Galaxy S23 for $600. This discounts the unlocked 128GB smartphone from its usual $700 going rate to the second-best price we’ve seen. It’s within $30 of the all-time low from last fall and the first discount in several months at $100 off. If you’re not sold on the newer Galaxy S24 lineup, this is a notable option for scoring a recent handset for even less. Our launch coverage details everything else you need to know.

Samsung’s Galaxy S23 takes on the most affordable approach for its core S23 series smartphones with the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip as the rest of the collection. It lives up to its status as being the most affordable release by rocking a more compact 6.1-inch display, but backs that with a 120Hz refresh rate and AMOLED panel. There’s at least 128GB of onboard storage, as well as all of the other modern fixings on a smartphone like 5G, under-screen fingerprint reader, and all-day battery life from its 3,900mAh capacity.

Save $371 on Pixel 7 Pro as it falls to new Amazon low

Amazon is now offering the Google Pixel 7 Pro for $521. Today’s offer marks down the unlocked 128GB smartphone from its original $899 price tag. This is $371 off and a new all-time low on the entry-level storage capacity. Our previous mention was the 256GB model down at $600 back at the beginning of the year, for comparison. We break down how this smartphone stacks up against the 2023 roster below the fold, and our original hands-on review offers some extra insight.

This might not be the latest smartphone on the block, but there’s no arguing with a $371 discount. The Pixel 7 Pro arrives as last year’s flagship from Google and is still one of the company’s more capable releases to date. It packs a 6.7-inch QHD+ 120Hz screen on the front, with a triple sensor camera array around the back comprised of a 50MP main sensor, 12MP ultrawide lens, and upgraded 48MP telephoto zoom capabilities. All of that comes powered by the second-generation Tensor G2 chip, which is complemented by 128GB of storage and 12GB of RAM on the base model

Sony XM4 ANC Headphones see $100 discount

Sony’s WH-1000XM4 ANC Headphones might not be the newest generation, but they’re still some of the best over-ear cans out there. Today’s Amazon sale is only doubling down on that sentiment, as the popular XM4 headphones hit $248 in all three colorways. Each one is down from $348 in order to save you $100. Today’s offer is notably the second-best discount we’ve seen and comes within $20 of the all-time low from Black Friday. It’s the best price yet and also happens to beat our previous mention by an extra $30.

While not the new XM5 model that just hit the scene, Sony’s previous-generation headphones arrive with plenty of flagship features and an even more affordable price point. Everything comes centered around improved active noise cancellation and then backed by a new Bluetooth audio chip that can pair with two devices simultaneously. Not to mention up to 30-hours of playback on a single charge and a USB-C port for when it comes time to refuel, as well. You can also get a closer look in our launch coverage.

Spring clearance takes $250 off Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 5 Pro

Amazon is now offering a new all-time low on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. The rugged smartwatch drops to $200 from its usual $450 price tag. This is not only $250 off, but also the best discount ever. We last saw it at $300 over the holidays, and now an extra $100 in savings has been applied. You can learn all about the Wear OS experience in our hands-on review or head below as we take a deeper dive at how it all stacks up.

Samsung’s flagship Galaxy Watch 5 Pro delivers all of its usual fitness tracking tech but with an even more premium and rugged design than even the newer additions to the lineup. The titanium case protects all of those features, including the circular sapphire glass display and 3-in-1 bioactive sensor for handling all of your workout measurements. There’s also an even more accurate body temperature sensor to complete the package with a larger battery to boot.

We also put together a recent feature last fall that walks you through why the new Galaxy Watch 6 Classic model isn’t a direct replacement to the Galaxy Watch 5. With that newer release, you’re missing out on the titanium shell, massive battery life, and more rugged vibes. If you’re on the fence about bringing home Samsung’s latest, our recent coverage should help. As should today’s $250 discounts.

Sonos Arc SL sees refurbished discount to $509

Sonos is now offering the Arc SL Smart Soundbar with AirPlay 2 for $509. Today’s offer applies to a certified refurbished model that comes backed by the company’s same 2-year warranty. This drops from the original $799 price tag for a new condition unit and lands at an all-time low. It’s $290 off and only the second time we have seen pricing drop this low. Head below for a closer look.

Arriving as one of the brand’s most capable smart soundbars, Sonos Arc SL delivers eleven drivers in a sleek design for delivering a streamlined home theater setup with Dolby Atmos alongside all of the other staples of the ecosystem. That includes AirPlay 2 support, Trueplay audio, surround sound support, and integration with the rest of the Sonos speaker lineup. With this being the SL version, it lacks a built-in microphone but otherwise has all of the same features as the main model.
