With Amazon throwing out deals like they might go out of fashion, the OnePlus 12 is now at a price that is simply hard to beat.
2024 has been a fairly solid year for Android. The Galaxy S24 Ultra kicked things off in typical Samsung fashion with lots of razzmatazz, funky features, and AI excellence. Not long after, OnePlus almost quietly launched the 12 series. The 12R is basically a rebadged OnePlus 11, while the OnePlus 12 wasn’t bullish on AI. Even at full price, it’s a great buy.
As part of Amazon’s Prime Day Deals, the base 12/256GB OnePlus 12 is down to a bargain $599. For that price you’re getting top tier internals including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, superfast UFS 4.0 storage, a gorgeous 120Hz QHD+ AMOLED display, an excellent triple camera system that goes toe-to-toe with the best in the business – and it’s almost half the price of the S24 Ultra and Pixel 9 Pro XL.
That’s not all, as Amazon also has an incredible deal on the OnePlus 12R for Prime Day. At $379, it could also be considered somewhat of a steal. Similar to the OnePlus 12, the OnePlus Open is one of the best foldable devices of the year, and at $1,139.99 for Prime Day, it’s an incredible deal in its own right and could be a great dual-purpose option to consider.
I called the OnePlus 12 2024’s “sleeper smartphone hit” and I wholeheartedly stand by that sentiment. Check out our long-term review for a full-lowdown on the OnePlus 12 if you are on the fence:
