We know the Nothing Phone (3) is in the works, and new sketches posted by the company showcase what it might look like, though it’s a head-scratcher.
The Nothing Phone (3) should be the company’s 2025 flagship release. We know the company is aiming to bring an “AI-powered platform” like everyone else, but the hope is that the company will do it a little differently than other OEMs already have.
Nothing posted a bunch of photos online with the caption “WIP.” The work-in-progress definitely looks like it’s in progress, though what stage that refers to is anyone’s guess. The Nothing Phone (3) sketches are full of shapes and squiggles that resemble either drawings of chain-link fences or what could be LEDs in the shape of spaghetti.
In all seriousness, the sketches do give a decent idea of how much organized chaos the company wants to fill the rear panel of the phone with. That includes LEDs and transistors visible to the naked eye. This sort of design has become the company’s signature look, and the Nothing Phone (3) should embody that well. It’s also possible to see a good few hex screws throughout the design.
In any case, this teaser is a neat little look into what the company has planned for the Nothing Phone (3), though these sketches might seem a little hard to dissect without the final draft complete.
