Nothing’s next over-ear headphones reportedly cost around $150, launching in March

According to a new report, Nothing’s next pair of over-ear headphones might end up costing around half as much as Headphone (1).

Dealabs reports that Nothing Headphone (a) will end up costing £149/€159, around half the price of Nothing Headphone (1) which launched for £299/€299. That also suggests these will sell for around $150 in the US, assuming they actually launch in the States.

The report further brings out that these new headphones will come in black, white, yellow, and pink colorways. The yellow color brings a welcome throwback to Nothing Ear (a), which had a bold yellow color option, while pink is rumored to also be available on Nothing Phone (4a).

It was previously suggested that Nothing Headphone (a) would swap the current metal design for a plastic body, but other cost-cutting measures are unclear, though there are certainly likely to be several cuts for the sake of such a drastic price difference.

The report further brings out that Nothing Headphone (a) will be available for pre-order on March 5, with a release date of March 12, so these are coming up quick. The timeline would also align with the launch window for Nothing Phone (4a) series, which the company has started teasing recently.
