Nothing teases a colorful Phone (4a) launch

As expected, Nothing Phone (4a) is gearing up to add a splash of color, with a new teaser showing what we’ll be getting.

In a post on Twitter/X, Nothing simply says “Soon” with a collection of dots forming the “(a)” logo used to represent Nothing’s mid-range smartphone series. But it’s the color of those dots that makes this interesting.

Nothing shows black and white dots here, as well as blue, pink, and yellow. Based on past leaks, these are likely the colors of the upcoming Nothing Phone (4a) series, with pink being a brand new option in Nothing’s lineup. We’ve previously seen blue on some international variants of A-series devices, while yellow was the standout color on Nothing Ear (a) in 2024.

Nothing’s Carl Pei recently revealed that the Phone (4a) series will more heavily lean on improved materials and bring some major upgrades such as faster storage. The price is expected to go up, though.

It’s not entirely clear when these new phones will launch, but the “Soon” teaser further hints that a March 5 launch could happen, given leaks have revealed we’re expecting new headphones on that date too.
