Moto Tag 1-pack returns for $20 ahead of the Android Find Hub tracker’s sequel

The Motorola Moto Tag is the one and only Android Find Hub tracker with UWB, and in general just one of the best options out there. But actually buying one is a pain, as Motorola mainly sells the tracker through its website and the 1-pack is rarely in stock at retailers like Amazon. But, right now, the Moto Tag is not only back in stock, but on sale at a pretty heavy discount.

In a “Limited time deal” on Amazon, the first-gen Moto Tag is down to $19.99 for a 1-pack, or $69.99 for a 4-pack. The latter comes out to about $17.50 per tracker, just over half of the standard $29.99 price.

The 1-pack coming back in stock has been a long-time coming, as the listing hasn’t been accessible for the past few weeks. If history serves as an example, this won’t last long either, so get your order in now! The last restock in December disappeared in just a couple of days.

This comes just a few weeks after Motorola confirmed plans for a sequel in the upcoming Moto Tag 2. The upgraded tracker is set to feature longer battery life, support for Bluetooth channel sounding (for more accurate locating), and new color options. Moto Tag 2 will carry the same price of $29.99, but doesn’t have a firm release date just yet. Given the discount and the similarities between these two products, I’d personally just get the current generation while it’s on sale.
