For the time being, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 in “Pistachio” seems to be available again after users were getting errors during checkout, but it’s delayed.
The Galaxy Z Fold 8 in Samsung’s web-exclusive “Pistachio” color is back in stock. At least, it’s finally buyable again after the website seemed to make it impossible to get one. The checkout process seems to work normally for all three Galaxy Z Fold 8 models in that light green colorway.
Other colors don’t seem to have been affected, which makes some sense given Pistachio is limited to users buying through Samsung’s website.
The unfortunate news is that both the 256GB and 512GB models of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 in that colorway are showing delayed shipping estimates. Most of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Fold 8 Ultra models are expected to ship in August, but the exclusive color looks like it’s delayed until October.
In our cart, we’re seeing an estimated October 9 delivery date.
The biggest storage variant – 1TB – isn’t affected by the delay, according to the estimates we’re seeing. So far, we’ve seen an August 21 delivery estimate. The nearly two-month difference between the two is massive.
Pistachio might be one of the Galaxy Z Fold 8’s best colors. But that depends on if you’re willing to wait over a month to get the limited model. Graphite and Cream are pretty nice, too.
The Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Fold 8 Ultra are available for pre-order until August 7.
