Google today has launched a survey in which it hopes to gather more information about its Google Voice service. The survey is available to all Voice users by simply logging into your account. You can also access the survey via this support thread. Google says that the survey should not take more than 10 minutes to complete and by completing it, you are entered to win a free Chromecast.
Google says that it is using the survey to figure out “how people use Google Voice,” so that it can continue to “improve Google Voice and prioritize features.” As you would expect, the questions all center around those two ideas, with Google asking how users have their Voice account setup, if they use it for SMS/calls, how they access it, and general thoughts, questions, and concerns.
Unfortunately, to be entered to win a Chromecast you must be over 18 and located in the United States. The survey will close on June 17th, which is a week from today. You can access the survey by logging into your Google Voice account or by clicking this link. From Google’s support thread on the matter:
Hi Everyone,
The Google Voice team wants to know more about how you use the product on a day-to-day basis. They’ll be using the survey results to help improve Google Voice and prioritize features.
Please take 10 minutes to complete the survey. If you’re over 18 and located in the U.S., you’ll even be entered into a raffle to win a Chromecast! The survey closes Wednesday, June 17, so act fast.
Thanks for your time and for your feedback–we sincerely appreciate it!
