Bluetti’s next-gen AC500 and B300S power system smashes Indiegogo goal, raising over $9 million

The hottest new backup power solutions from Bluetti — the AC500 station and B300S battery — are smashing through stretch goals on Indiegogo, having already raised over $9 million.

If you’re searching for a way to keep a reserve of backup electricity, whether to charge devices while camping or to keep your home running in an emergency situation, Bluetti has top-quality solutions for every budget range.

Most recently, Bluetti unveiled the high-end AC500 power station, effectively purpose-built to be the foundation of your home’s backup power, while still portable enough to travel wherever the road may take you. The station is paired with the raw power and capacity of one or more of the new Bluetti B300S batteries.

Pre-orders opened for this dynamic duo of power on September 1, and the Indiegogo campaign raised $5 million in just 15 days and recently crossed the $9 million mark. Smashing through stretch goals, Bluetti has been including special gifts for every backer such as a 100W USB-C cable, travel mug, and T-shirt.

The next goal, at $10 million, will add an additional year of extended warranty for backers of the AC500 and B300S system, for a total of four years. With just a few days left in the Indiegogo campaign, now’s a great time to place your order and get your home ready for whatever situations life may bring. Better yet, you won’t have to wait too long for your Bluetti system to arrive, as early pre-orders have already begun shipping.

The signature trait of most Bluetti power systems is the ability to be “modular” or connect multiple pieces together to form a greater whole. The combination of the Bluetti AC500 station and B300S batteries is a prime example of this. With a single B300S battery, you’ve got a solid 3072Wh capacity, which can get you through roughly one full day of home emergency power usage. Whether from day one or later on down the line, you can expand to up to six B300S batteries.

Better yet, you can double-down with a second AC500+B300S system (plus transfer switch) to get even higher voltage and wattage, perfect for any high-demand appliances like a space heater or clothes dryer. You can also invest in ways to keep your system running off the grid for longer, with support for generator charging and solar power charging. Bluetti offers their own PV400 solar panels — currently $799, going up to $899 soon — and the AC500 can use as many as six of these panels, fully charging a B300S battery in as little as two hours.

During the Indiegogo campaign, Bluetti is offering some fantastic 31% discounts on bundles with the AC500 and one or more B300S battery. But if you’ve already got a Bluetti system and you’re looking to upgrade, the AC500 can be bought stand-alone for $1699 (early bird discount) and connected to the company’s earlier B300 batteries.
