Google is reportedly seeing massive growth with Pixel phones in the US, but have you been seeing them in the wild more often?
Following Google saying that it was seeing “strong” demand for the Pixel 9 series last month with a reported “highest-ever” quarterly sales, there’s been a lot more context given. The Pixel has apparently seen 20% growth in the United States year-over-year, and allegedly now makes up more than 14% of tracked web traffic in the US, making up over 3x growth in a single month.
It’s a huge upswing for Google, to the point where it’s almost unbelievable.
For a lot of our readers, it’s been mentioned that Pixel devices have apparently been a more common sight when out and about. Personally, in my area of North Carolina, I hadn’t seen a huge shift, but when I was in New York City recently, I did notice a ton of Pixel devices while on the streets and making my way through the airport – I even saw someone using a Pixel 9 Pro Fold in the wild, which was certainly a surprise!
Amid this record growth for the Pixel, have you been seeing these phones out in the wild more often? Vote in the poll below, and let us know in the comments where you’ve been seeing Pixels most frequently!
