In what should be the first rolled out change of 2025, artist pages on YouTube Music now feature a Top songs carousel.
Previously, you got a list of five “Top songs” at the top of the artist page. You could tap “More” to see everything, or start playing from the list and use the Up Next queue to browse.
YouTube Music artist pages now have a Top songs carousel. The design is similar to Quick picks (my usage of that section has plummeted since the Speed dial redesign), Trending, Long listens, and other list carousels in the Home feed.
Old vs. new
You get four songs per load with up to 20 over the five pages. There’s also a “Play all” button in the corner and the ability to see everything using the chevron.
We’re seeing the Top songs carousel widely rolled out in YouTube Music for Android and iOS today. It’s quite nice for browsing and quickly finding tracks.
