Lenovo Legion Tab quickly sells out yet again

After selling out in 48 hours following its initial launch, the Lenovo Legion Tab was restocked earlier this week, but has already sold out yet again.

The Legion Tab is Lenovo’s latest compact, gaming-focused Android tablet, but its first to be sold in the United States. The small 8.8-inch tablet with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and 12GB of RAM fills a hole that the US tablet market has had for a while, as there have been virtually no options for a small, but powerful Android tablet. It competes with the iPad Mini both in terms of form factor and price.

Amid pent up demand for such a device, it seems to be a hit for Lenovo.

As mentioned, the Legion Tab sold out within roughly 48 hours of its launch at CES 2025, and only came back in stock this past weekend with a mid-February delivery date. This latest batch has also now sold out, with Lenovo’s website reverting back to an “available soon” message and no longer accepting orders.

It’s not clear how many units Lenovo has sold, but demand is clearly higher than expected. More supply is likely to follow soon, but there’s no timeline available just yet.
