Motorola Razr+ (2025) has an extra button and a sleek ‘Rio Red’ color in latest leak

Following prior leaks of the device earlier this month, a new set of Motorola Razr+ (2025) images show the foldable in a new colorway, as well as revealing that it has an extra button.

Over the weekend, the infamous Evan Blass took to Twitter/X (through a private account) to share an image of “Orion,” the Motorola foldable otherwise known as the Razr+ (2025). Like another recent leak, it shows that virtually nothing has changed about the design this year, but there are two tidbits here.

Firstly, there’s the color. The “Rio Red” Razr+ offers a bold, yet subdued colorway with what looks like a faux leather backing. It’s a nice change of pace from the many other boring colors on 2025’s smartphone market.

What’s much more interesting, though, is a new button that’s visible on the hardware.

On the left side of the device there’s a new button along the frame that wasn’t present on the Razr+ (2024). That button was hidden in plain sight in the previous leak, but it’s more visible here thanks to the additional angles we get to see. The purpose of this button is not clear but, if other devices are any indication, it’s entirely possible it could be for AI functions of some sort.

What would you want it to be used for?
