One UI 7 rollout schedule leaks for 20+ Galaxy devices, updates don’t start until April

Samsung finally seems to be nearing its rollout for One UI 7 on Galaxy smartphones and tablets, with a new alleged rollout schedule hitting the web this week to offer insight into a list of Galaxy devices set to get the update, as well as a timeline that starts in April.

According to GSMArena and u/Chewe_dev on Reddit, Samsung held a workshop in Romania which included a slide, pictured below, that details the company’s One UI 7 rollout in the country. The party allegedly begins on April 18 with the Galaxy S24 series and the company’s latest foldables, with over 20 other devices to follow through the rest of April and May.

The list is as follows:

  • April 18
    • Galaxy S24/S24+/S24 Ultra
    • Galaxy S24 FE
    • Galaxy Z Fold 6
    • Galaxy Z Flip 6
  • April 25
    • Galaxy S23/S23+/S23 Ultra
    • Galaxy Z Fold 5
    • Galaxy Z Flip 5
    • Galaxy A54
  • May 16
    • Galaxy S23 FE
    • Galaxy S22/S22+/S22 Ultra
    • Galaxy Z Fold 4
    • Galaxy Z Flip 4
    • Galaxy A34
    • Galaxy A53
    • Galaxy A33
  • May 23
    • Galaxy Z Fold 3
    • Galaxy Z Flip 3

Those dates are very likely subject to change, and are also likely to vary in other countries as well.

In any case, Samsung’s delays for One UI 7 continue to be a tough pill to swallow. Where the company was on a trend of launching new Android updates faster and faster each year, One UI 7 is now on track to be released to older devices a whopping 7 months after Google first released the update.

Samsung has not publicly committed to a timeline for One UI 7’s stable release, but that was prior to additional beta releases surfacing.
