The Galaxy Buds 4 and 4 Pro look different on the surface, but the detail sheet shows at least some carryover. The most recent leaks, appearing days before launch, detail that the Galaxy Buds 4 price structure likely isn’t going to change.
There have been several leaks and rumors from those close to Samsung, indicating that the Galaxy S26 phone series is going to get a price increase, in some way or another. It hasn’t been suggested that Samsung will change pricing for every device that gets announced alongside it, but there was always a chance as the company looks to stay profitable in 2026.
According to a leak from Rolland Quandt on Bluesky, the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will be priced at $179 and $249, respectively. Those price points are unchanged from last year, which means some of Samsung’s lineup will retain entry cost.
That information was rumored in January, though the prices suggested the price would remain the same in Europe. There was no information on what the earbuds would sell for in the US. The two markets can exhibit slight variations, and recent global price instability has thrown every trend into the air.
The new buds bring a drastically different look from last year’s, which was already a solid departure from the Buds 2 series. Without the Toblerone-esque stem and tall charging case, it seems Samsung has gone in a completely different direction. Dummy leaks have shown that the company is returning to its roots in terms of case design, though the stem stays with a new metallic accent.
Samsung is likely to launch the Galaxy Buds 4 and 4 Pro at that same price on February 25, after which the Galaxy S26 series should become available to pre-order.
