To update, open the Settings app > tap your name at the very top for “Google services” (on Pixel) > All services tab > Privacy & security > System services.
A feature appearing in the changelog does not mean it’s widely available. Some capabilities take months to fully launch.

This is so minor but it's bothering me that they still didn't fix it. When you check for Google play system updates the phone icon and back arrow at the top of the screen are faded at the top like it's going off the screen. Been like this for probably 4 or so months now and I know it's not intentional for two reasons. The regular security update check isn't like this, both icons are solid and also if you turn your phone sideways and have the screen rotate, the icons are now like 98% solid. I know who cares but still something Google should have fixed by now.
