Galaxy Watch 9, Ultra 2, and Z Flip 8 sure do look like Samsung sequels in official-looking renders [Gallery]

New leaks show off the Galaxy Watch 9, Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, and Galaxy Z Flip 8 in official-looking renders and, yup, they do indeed look like some Samsung sequels.

The folks over at Android Headlines have posted a host of images of Samsung’s new devices, starting with its pair of new smartwatches.

We’ve seen these numerous times at this point, but these are official-looking renders that showcase the silver, dark gray, and black colorways for the Galaxy Watch 9, while also showing the black and dark gray versions of Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.

There’s nothing we haven’t seen before in these images, with Watch 9 retaining its circle-on-a-square look with two buttons and the Ultra 2 only having a few minor tweaks compared to the previous generation.

As sequels go, it’s relatively underwhelming, but it’s not a huge surprise. Samsung just introduced this massive redesign last year, so no one was really expecting any major changes.

As for Galaxy Z Flip 8, it looks virtually identical to the Galaxy Z Flip 7 in these renders. The biggest change here is in the colors used, with pink and white seemingly joining the core lineup. Beyond that, we’re just looking at the Flip 7’s bigger cover display making a return, and that’s about it.

The colors here are apparently “Graphite,” “Cream,” and “Pink,” though other colors are rumored to be coming.

Samsung has confirmed its next Unpacked event will take place on July 22 and these three releases are very much expected to be a part of the launch.
