With roughly a week to go before the full launch, Samsung’s wide new Galaxy Z Fold 8 is showing off its revamped form factor alongside the rest of the company’s new lineup in a major leak.
We’ve already seen Samsung’s new lineup of foldables and smartwatches from virtually every angle, but the leaks just keep coming. This time, it’s a batch of images that show off previously unseen colors as well as a better comparison in size on the Galaxy Z Fold 8.
The folks over at Android Headlines published over a dozen new images today, a few of which directly compare the Galaxy Z Fold 8’s new wide form factor to other Samsung devices. We can clearly see how this size compares to Galaxy Z Flip 8 as well as Fold 8 Ultra – the tall one that replaces Fold 7 – and even new smartwatches. It really reinforces just how radically different this new design is and how it’s actually a pretty good middle ground between the Flip and Fold designs of past years.

Beyond that, though, we can also see colors that hadn’t otherwise hit the web.
There’s a Galaxy Z Fold 8 – the wide one – in a light green expected to be called “Pistachio.” Galaxy Z Flip 8 is shown in a very similar color, but that’s apparently called “Mint” instead.

We knew this was coming, just not what it would look like. As a nice surprise, though, Galaxy Watch 9 is getting the same color, with a light green “Mint” that applies to the body of the smartwatch and looks rather nice. There’s a green band for Watch Ultra 2, too.

Those shades of green are supposedly a Samsung.com exclusive.
Everything is set to go official on July 22, roughly a week from now. Are you looking forward to it?
