The Pixel 9 Pro Fold is a stellar foldable smartphone, but getting a case for it has been difficult, especially as Google’s official case has been out of stock for weeks. Finally, though, it has returned.
Google’s official Pixel 9 Pro Fold case is a $50 two-piece case that doesn’t add a lot of bulk to the thin foldable, and has been one of the best options we’ve found to date. However, since the Fold launched in September, it’s been remarkably hard to find the case in stock, as the Google Store has been sold out.
Finally, Google has restocked the official Pixel 9 Pro Fold case.
The Google Store has re-opened sales for the Pixel 9 Pro Fold case in black, while “Porcelain” and “Aloe” options are still not available. The black version is also available for purchase through Verizon, though it’s hard to purchase the case from the carrier if you’re not a subscriber.
Most Pixel 9 Pro Fold cases remain out of stock, including the Mous, Otterbox, Case-Mate, and Spigen options sold in the Google Store. Mous still has stock on its website, while Thinborne (one of our favorites) and Latercase have stock at Amazon.
