If you’ve picked up a new Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold, you might have to go without a case for a little while as many options are currently not available through the Google Store.
If you head over to the Google Store right now, you’ll find that Pixel 9 Pro Fold cases are in short supply. Of the five cases carried in the store, only one is available, Spigen’s $84.99 Slim Armor Pro.
Cases not currently available for purchase include Google’s official case and the Mous Super Thin Case, both of which cost $49.99, as well as the OtterBox Thin Flex at $59.95. The most affordable option, Case-Mate’s $39.99 Tough Clear Case, is also out of stock.
This is especially frustrating for the Fold as many of these cases aren’t readily available elsewhere. Google doesn’t sell its official case, arguably the best of the bunch, through any other retailers, and you won’t find a lot of these other cases at retailers either. Some are sold through company stores, though, including OtterBox and Mous.
There are plenty of case options available over at Amazon as well, but with the Fold eligible for up to $180 in Google Store credit with Google One (which is now delivered immediately), having no options in the Google Store is quite frustrating.
Thanks Tom!
