Google TV Streamer survey asks about issues, design

Like with the Pixel Buds Pro 2 this hardware cycle, Google is emailing some owners a feedback survey about their experience with the Google TV Streamer (4K).

Google starts by asking “how likely are you to recommend the new Google TV Streamer (4K) to a friend or family member” with 0-10 scale and an open field to provide more details.

The survey then wants to know “why you purchased the new Google TV Streamer (4K) instead of another tv streaming device”:

Google then asks about what issues you’ve experienced, with the question recreated below:

The penultimate question is what devices you previously used: Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Roku, Nvidia Shield, or Walmart Onn.

Finally, the company wants to know how much you agree or disagree with the following statements:

  • Using the smart home panel to control my smart devices is easy
  • I like how the Google TV Streamer looks and feels
  • I like how the remote looks and feels
  • The ‘Find my remote’ functionality is helpful
  • I’m happy with the amount of storage available
  • Navigating to and selecting what I want to watch is fast and smooth
