Motorola Edge (2026) is coming to the US for $599 with a smaller 6.3-inch display

Motorola is gearing up to launch its new Edge (2026) mid-range device with a US release coming later this month for $599, a higher price for a device with a refreshingly smaller display.

Outside of Razr devices, Motorola’s annual Edge release is the closest the company comes to releasing a “flagship” in the US market, but this year’s refresh comes with some notable changes.

That starts with the display, which is dropping from 6.7-inch on the Motorola Edge (2025) to a compact 6.3-inches on Edge (2026). The 2640×1216 display is an AMOLED panel at 120Hz with 5,200 nit peak brightness and Gorilla Glass 7i on top. Under the hood, the device is packing a MediaTek Dimensity 7450 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. It has a 5,000 mAh battery (down from 5,200 mAh), up to 60W wired charging, 15W wireless charging (no Qi2, of course), and IP68/69 dust/water resistance.

Everything runs on Android 16, though Motorola hasn’t made an explicit promises around software updates.

The camera array includes a 50MP Sony Lytia 710 main rear sensor, a 50MP ultrawide shooter than doubles a a macro camera, a 10MP 3x optical zoom camera, and a 50MP selfie camera up front.

Motorola Edge (2026) comes solely in a green “Martini Olive” color and will debut in the US on June 11 for $599, a $50 price hike over last year’s model, at Motorola.com and Best Buy. Verizon will also get it on that date, with other carriers including AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Spectrum Wireless, and Xfinity Mobile adding it later on.

Moto Buds 2 are also launching on July 2 with ANC, up to 48 hours of battery (including the case), and a price tag of $100.
