Galaxy Z Fold 8 in ‘Pistachio’ already appears to be selling out

The best version of Samsung’s adorable new Galaxy Z Fold 8 is the green “Pistachio” one and, fittingly, that’s the one that already appears to be selling out.

Galaxy Z Fold 8 is sold in black, white, and purple colors everywhere, but Samsung.com gets an exclusive “Pistachio” variant in a light shade of green that’s just a delight in person. Out of the four (pictured above and below) it’s the most fun and unique color for the device.

And it’s already disappearing.

We noticed this afternoon that Samsung.com appears to be selling out of the 256GB variant of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 in “Pistachio.” The 512GB and 1TB models are still available, but the base model is not. Other colors are still in stock in 256GB.

When trying to check out, Samsung’s website just brings you to a checkout error when trying to get the 256GB Fold 8 in “Pistachio,” clearing the cart and making you start over. Samsung has yet to mark this variant as out of stock, instead just showing this cart error which we’re seeing both signed-in and signed-out, as well as in Chrome’s incognito browsing.

Your results may vary, but it certainly looks like Samsung is running short on this configuration – as mentioned, fittingly so.

There will probably be a restock, of course, but with only 10 days left for pre-orders, the best trade-in values could disappear before that restock comes.

Are you getting a Fold 8?
