I’ve been on a tear recently trying to find some of the best Fitbit Air accessories and bands. It has been one heck of a process, but I think I’ve found another affordable gem that’s better than the official Fitbit Air Active bands.

I believe you can get these types of bands directly from suppliers in China using sites like AliExpress. Now, if you are strapped for cash, I would recommend doing this, as you could save 30-40% in some cases because each band is about $3. My only trepidation in recommending this avenue to everyone is that shipping times can be weeks rather than days, and the return policy isn’t always great or easy to manage. Just know what you’re doing ahead of time. I’m lazy, and I would rather have the band at my door the next day over waiting up to 6 weeks in some cases to save £10.

I am not usually a fan of a silicone band for wear every single day as it can irritate my skin, but I haven’t had any rubbing issues so far. The bands are quite lightweight, but I wouldn’t ditch my preferred fabric bands for anything other than working out. Those are a little pricier: $14 for a 3-pack on Amazon or $5 per band on AliExpress.
