The Google Play Edition of the Moto G smartphone is finally starting to get its Android Lollipop update. The new operating system is rolling out as an over-the-air update for the device, but users who aren’t seeing it as available yet can grab the update directly from Google.
Once you’ve downloaded the update from Google’s servers, you can manually update your phone by following the steps we outlined back in November. Lollipop factory images became available for the Nexus 4 and Nexus 6 earlier today as well.
A major new update for Android Wear is also rolling out today.
