Google Home is now available at Best Buy, Target, and Walmart for $129

We told you in our Google Home review yesterday that it’s definitely a worthwhile contender in the world of voice activated speakers. Especially if you already use a lot of Google services, pitching $129 for a device that sits right between the Echo and Echo Dot in size might be a good choice for you. Now, the device is available for purchase from several retailers…

Early this week, Google Home started popping up at Walmart stores, but even if you saw one, you probably weren’t going to be able to buy one until today. Our own Justin Duino saw one, actually, and after taking the device to the register was told that it shouldn’t have been on the shelves and that they weren’t allowed to sell it.

That’s not the case anymore. As highlighted in a tweet sent out by Google this morning, you should be able to find a Google Home on the shelf (and actually be able to buy one) at Best Buy, Target, and Walmart for $129. You can also buy one outright from the Google Store with an estimated shipping dat of sometime around a week from now.

If you haven’t already, be sure to read our review and check out our unboxing video.
