This year’s Project Fi holiday gift is an interactive site with hidden Google Play credit

Google’s Project Fi MVNO has a habit of sending out a yearly holiday gift to subscribers. Last year, it was a clever phone stand assembled out of Lego bricks and an extra USB-C cable. This year’s gift is virtual in nature and involves an interactive site with hidden Google Play credit.

The World of Thanks site is only accessible to current Project Fi subscribers. Each week features five different activities (greeting cards, snow globes, etc), facts, and gifts that are accessible by clicking around the holiday-themed wonderlands.

Hints at the bottom of the page point you to the location of each gift, with this week’s $10 Google Play credit accessed by clicking on the Christmas tree. The credit comes in the form of a promo code that can be redeemed on any account.

Judging from the support page, Google Play credit will likely be the only gift. Two years ago, Fi subscribers received a more impressive accessory package for the Nexus 6, featuring a case, portable battery pack, and headphones, while last year’s USB-C to USB-A cable was very convenient.

However, with Google being a company that enjoys Easter Eggs, the Fi support site makes reference to hidden yetis. Maybe there’s another gift somewhere? Tell us in the comments if you find it.

New landscapes are available every Monday for the next three weeks. Subscribers can access the site until January 16th.
