Google brings Play Store gift cards to six new European countries

Google this evening has announced that Play Store gift cards are now available in six new European countries. Previously these countries were listed as coming soon, but Google has since updated its support page for Play Store gift cards to announce that they are now available.

The countries in which Play Store gift cards are newly available are Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, and Sweden. The denominations available vary based on the country. In Belgium, Ireland, and Finland gift cards are available in 15, 25, and 50 Euro variations. In Norway, Denmark, and Sweden the cards available in 150, 250, and 500 Krona denominations.

These cards are available in purchase in a variety of retailers within each country. These six new additions bring Play Store gift cards to a total of 28 countries.
