Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge to cost €700 and €800 respectively, sketchy report says

We’re days away from the announcement of Samsung’s new flagships, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. The company is expected to announce both at its event scheduled for Sunday, February 21st. While we certainly do not expect neither to come cheap, a new report from Dutch website Tweakers may have just revealed the price of both…

According to their sources, the Galaxy S7 should retail across most of Europe for €700, while the curvier sibling — whose price was slightly higher with last year’s model, too — should come in at €800.

The report mentions both devices carrying 32GB of internal memory, which will become the most widely produced and distributed model given the return of the microSD slot, as well as the Samsung-made Exynos as SoC. A 64GB model, however, does not seem to be entirely excluded, albeit its arrival might be a little late, and with a price tag of about 70 to 80 euros higher.
