OnePlus Pad is the best deal in Android tablets at just $299

High-end Android tablets are a bit rare nowadays, and one of the best has been last year’s OnePlus Pad. While there’s a sequel now on the market, a heavy discount on the original makes it easily the best deal you’ll find on an Android tablet today.

The OnePlus Pad launched in the first half of 2023 as the company’s first Android tablet. Powered by a flagship MediaTek chip and offering a fast and sharp 11-inch display, the Pad was a stellar option even at its launch pricing of $479.

One key to its appeal over Google’s Pixel Tablet is the rich ecosystem of accessories offered by OnePlus, including a really good keyboard case and a stylus too. It’s not to the same level as something like Samsung’s Galaxy Tab series, but for the price, it’s been a solid option.

Now, that’s at a lower price than ever.

OnePlus is currently offering the OnePlus Pad for just $299 through its online store, a huge $180 discount and the lowest price ever on the tablet. You can technically bundle in the keyboard cover, but it’s currently marked as “out of stock.” The purchase still can include a folio cover or a pair of OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro.

This deal isn’t available at other retailers such as Amazon, so you’ll need to purchase from OnePlus directly. Even though there’s a sequel out there in the OnePlus Pad 2 (which is also on sale), this price on the original is just too good to pass up.

You can also trade in an older tablet to cut the price down even further, though you’ll find better trade-in values towards Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S10 series than you will towards a OnePlus Pad.
