Google AI Plus comes to US for $7.99, Google One 2 TB upgraded

After introducing the plan internationally in September, Google is bringing its AI Plus subscription to 35 new countries, including the US. 

Compared to AI Pro’s “higher access” at $19.99 per month (in the US), you get “more access” with AI Plus at $7.99/month. 

This starts with 200 GB of Google One storage for Photos, Drive, and Gmail that can be shared with five other family members, along with the other benefits.

In the Gemini app, you get “enhanced access” to Gemini 3 Pro, Nano Banana Pro, Deep Research, and “limited access” to Veo 3.1 Fast.

In Google’s Flow AI filmmaking tool, you get “more access” to create cinematic scenes and stories, while there’s “limited access” to Veo 3.1. You get 200 monthly AI credits for video generation in Flow and Whisk (image-to-video creation with Veo 3) tools. 

Meanwhile, you get access to Gemini in Gmail, Google Vids, and other Workspace apps. In NotebookLM, you get “more Audio Overviews, notebooks, and more.” There’s also “early access” to Gemini in Chrome.

For a limited time, new US subscribers can get 50% off, or $3.99 per month, for the first 2 months of their subscription

Meanwhile, all $9.99/month Google One Premium 2 TB subscribers will “automatically get access to all the benefits of Google AI Plus in the next few days.” Google AI Plus is now available in the following countries/territories:
