Nomad’s best Qi2 25W wireless charger just got a transparent version, and I can’t stop looking at it

The Stand One charger from Nomad got a massive visual upgrade that leaves the view of the Qi2 wireless charging coil unimpeded, giving off serious clear-tech retro vibes.

Nomad listed the Stellar Orange Stand One as a limited edition, with no indication of how many units would be produced. It’s obviously catered towards Apple users, but nothing about it means it’s limited to iOS devices. In fact, the Stand One uses Qi2 wireless charging rated for current Android devices like the Pixel 10.

The centerpiece of the limited design run is the Qi2 coil and magnet assembly. Instead of padding it with an opaque silicone cap, Nomad is leaving the outer material see-through, with the entire array of magnets and meticulously wrapped copper wire visible.

Nomad is clearly doing this to bring an orange flavor to iOS users, considering the color option has taken off over the last couple of years. To me, though, this feels similar to the move Microsoft just made, releasing the 25th anniversary clear Xbox Series X.

The company is still using a soft material to keep your naked Pixel from getting scratched. Material design is what makes Nomad’s wireless charger one of our favorites. The entire stand is made of metal, giving a dense build that feels premium. Behind the coil, the front faceplate almost has this pearlescent sheen.

The Stand One is a 2-in1, solution. So your Pixel Buds, Galaxy Buds, or any other Qi-charged earbuds will get attention while your phone charges.

This Stellar Orange color and the other Stand One models are rated for 25W wireless charging, provided you have a 40W adapter. It comes with a standard braided Nomad 60W USB-C cable, though I may have preferred black.

With my Pixel, the Stand One works like a charm. The Pixel 10 Pro XL is rated for 25W wireless charging, though on-paper ratings don’t mean the phone will always charge that fast. That being said, I’ve noticed no issues with the newest Stand One wireless charger from Nomad. It’s a beast, and now you can see the magic.

It even works on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which wasn’t a given with how the camera bar is designed.

The limited edition Stellar Orange Stand One is now available on Nomad’s website for $135.
