Oppo Find N7, the wide one, reportedly has a 7.6-inch display with less of a crease

Oppo’s Find N6 is arguably the single-best foldable on the market today, but there’s more in the pipeline. According to a new report, Oppo Find N7 might get a wider display and further crease improvements.

The display crease is perhaps the most notable aspect of the Oppo Find N6. Through some new methods, Oppo managed to largely eliminate the crease in terms of what you can feel and mostly what you can see. It’s hard to imagine this will get better but, apparently, it might.

Digital Chat Station, a leaker on Weibo, is reporting on a device that’s thought to be the Oppo Find N7. We say that because “Oppo” is never mentioned explicitly, but this is pretty typical for the leaker. Information is often shared without being explicitly mentioned for a specific device, but it’s rather clear what’s being discussed here.

The device, the leaker says, would have a Snapdragon Elite Gen 6 chipset and two displays at 7.6-inches (inner) and 5.5-inches (outer), making it obvious this is for a wider form factor. The diagonal measurement doesn’t really tell the whole picture, but this is similar to Galaxy Z Fold 8 (Wide), which is rumored to have a 5.4-inch outer display. The post mentions that the “solution” is similar to Apple’s iPhone, seemingly referring to the display crease. The “latest generation” of Oppo’s hinge would apparently deliver further improvements, outperforming existing devices.

As for the release, Oppo Find N7 is likely to drop in 2027 according to Digital Chat Station, which tracks. The Find N6 launched in March.
