Google Photos rolls out AI-powered ‘Edit with Ask Photos’ to these new countries

After launching in just four countries last year, Google Photos is expanding its AI-powered “Edit with Ask Photos” experience to five new regions.

“Edit with Ask Photos” – also known as conversational editing – is a text-based way to make photo adjustments through the Google Photos app. Prompts such as “remove the glare” or “remove distractions in the background,” as well as “give this a sepia tone look,” would work.

The functionality is already available to users in the US, Australia, India, and Japan, and is now expanding to five new countries.

As Google has confirmed, the following regions are adding support:

“Edit with Ask Photos” is rolling out now to users in these regions, but may take some time to appear for everyone. It’s also Android-only in this new expansion, while it’s available on iOS in the US.
