Sony’s flagship WH-1000XM6 over-ear headphones are getting a new color variant, and it just-so-happens to fit in nicely with Google’s upcoming Pixel 11 series.
Available starting today, Sony WH-1000XM6 are available in “Olive Gray,” a dark green color that Sony describes as “a subtle earthy green tint.” It joins an increasingly nature-tone-focused lineup that also added “Sand Pink” and “Sandstone” not too long ago.
The new color doesn’t change anything on the hardware front, with the same ANC chops, audio quality, and integrations WH-1000XM6 have packed since they launched last year. That includes Fast Pair support on Android.
You can buy “Olive Gray” starting today from Sony’s website as well as Amazon, Best Buy, and other major retailers for $459.
As we’ve covered, Google’s upcoming Pixel 11 family is set to adopt a whole lot of green. There are multiple green colors across the series, as well as a new variant of Pixel Buds 2 Pro that surfaced last week. This surely wasn’t planned, but it’s a nice unintentional crossover.
