The annual Coachella music festival kicks off today in Indio, California, but thanks to a partnership with YouTube, music fans everywhere will be able to stream the concerts from the comfort of their home. 2015 marks the fifth year in row that YouTube has streamed Coachella.
YouTube has set up three different streams for Coachella, allowing it to broadcast a good portion of the acts that will perform throughout the weekend. Tonight, you can watch live streams of acts such as The War On Drugs, Alabama Shakes, Interpol, Azelia Banks, Tame Impala, and more. Saturday’s streams include Jack White, Tyler the Creator, Milky Chance, Hozier, ALT-J, and others. Finally, the festival wraps up on Sunday with live streamed performances from St. Vincent, Jamie xx, Ryan Adams, Vance Joy, Fitz & The Tantrums, Florence + The Machine, and several more. Unfortunately, it appears that AC/DC’s Friday night show and Drake’s Sunday night show will not be live steamed.
YouTube has live streamed a handful of concert festivals over the past few years, including the Ultra Music Festival, Coachella, and others. To view the full webcast schedule, you can head over to the official Coachella YouTube channel. The live streams are also all embedded below:
