As part of its announcement of Android 4.3, Google has announced that Netflix has launched a version of its Android app that can stream content in 1080P. Google says that the update actually became available on the Google Play Store on Monday. The new Nexus 7, which includes a high-resolution display, is the exclusive Android tablet launch partner for the new app.
