Do you think the screens on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ are too big? [Poll]

Over the past 24 hours, we’ve received reports that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 will sport a 5.8-inch screen, while the S8+ will be packing a ginormous 6.2-inch display. While most flagships these days tend to have larger screens, Samsung appears to be going to the extreme. Do you think these screens are too big?

The company’s outgoing flagship phones, the S7 and S7 edge, came in with smaller 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch displays respectively. Samsung fans loved these devices because they weren’t too big and fit perfectly in the hand. So why would Samsung decide to jump up the screen size on the new smartphones?

There is one thing we have to remember about these yet to be announced smartphones: the rumored and much-leaked designs show almost no side bezels, top bezel, or chin. To make up for this, Samsung might be upping the size of the display to keep the relative size of the phone.

So, do you think the S8’s 5.8-inch and the S8+’s 6.2-inch displays are too big? Answer the poll below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
