HTC has announced today that its upcoming flagship HTC 10 (HTC M10?) handset will be announced by way of an online-only event set to take place on April 12th…
As you can see below, the announcement is set to happen at htc.com on Tuesday, April 12th at 8 AM in New York. Details other than that are light, but that’s probably all you need to know. If this is anything like the announcement of the HTC One A9, it’ll just be a stream of a guy bragging about the phone for a while.
Specs-wise, the HTC 10 is looking set to be a pretty worthy competitor to other current Android flagships. The phone will likely ship with a 5.15-inch Super LCD 5 display, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 12MP camera (with a dual-LED flash), laser autofocus, an HTC One A9-like home-button with a fingerprint sensor, and a 3,000 mAh battery.
In case you missed it, an artist by the name of temp64GTX recently put together some renders of the HTC 10 based on the latest leaks. They seem pretty spot-on, and you should go take a look.
